AT HOME GRADUATIONS
We are offering an opportunity for your graduates to have a unique celebration this year as many school districts have cancelled their formal services. If you can't go to the party....we will bring the pomp and circumstance to you.
This can take place in your driveway, front yard, back yard, rec center, church or wherever else you can get permission to host your party. Partner up with several kids and families to help split the costs and we will change and disinfect all common areas between ceremonies to help maintain the safety of all involved.
All of these parties will be, ala carte, so you can pick and choose the elements you desire.
We have MOST school colors available for drapes, table cloths, and chair covers.
Each stage design would include:
- Stage risers - 8 ft x 8 ft x 8" high - minimum
- Two color drapery (8 ft tall) at the back with sandbags
- Congratulations sign
- Acrylic Podium
- (8) Ballroom style chairs
Options could include:
- Larger stage - 8 ft x 12 ft x 16-24" tall (with steps)
- Custom Signage for the back of the stage (purchase)
- Branded Signage for the front base of the stage
- Custom color carpeting for the stage
- Jumbo 2020 sign - 8 ft tall x 20 ft wide
- Giant Book with 2 pages of custom text/photos
- Audio system with microphone
- FM transmitter to broadcast to cars locally
- Tables (with linens), chair covers, centerpieces
A sample timeline would be as follows, including options for additional ceremonies (we are flexible):
- 9:00am – 10:00am Set up
- 10:00am – 10:30am First ceremony
- 10:30am – 10:45am Clean up and refresh
- 10:45am – 11:15am Second ceremony
- Repeat as necessary
We also provide a quicker and less expensive option. We will show up with our truck fully decorated in your color scheme. We will tidy all the edges to make everything perfect for a quick simple ceremony and photo shoot right inside the truck.
Large congratulatory signage on both sides of the truck.
Closed box truck will be preset with all the elements for a quick ceremony and photo opportunity.
These are estimated pricing packages. Each contract will be custom designed and tailored to your desires.
There are quite a few other options that can be added to your package:
AUDIO - a sound system with a microphone and speakers
FM TRANSMITTER - this device can broadcast from the sound system to car stereos in the local area
PHOTO OP - the Jumbo 2020 sign is 8 ft x 20 ft wide
POP UP CANOPIES - 10 ft x 10 ft in many colors
DJ/EMCEE - a professional DJ or a Master of Ceremonies
PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER - a professional can
capture all the memories as photo or video
VIRTUAL PHOTO BOOTH - text selfies and receive a
bordered photo back. Images can be stored and
shared on social media.
FOOD & BEVERAGE - food, beverage, and dessert options
We have designed our own line of face masks for purchase in single quantities or bulk purchases.
We use a double layer of fabric which stretches and creates a tighter fit on the face. The tighter fit requires less adjustment on the face throughout the day.
Our earloops are designed with elastic which allows you to pull them over your ears or UNDER the ears to reduce irritation at the ears.
Pulling the earloops to the back of the neck allows for a more comfortable fit.
In order to help facilitate cleaning and disinfecting of furniture our CLEAR ACRYLIC CHAIRS can be quickly and easily be wiped down between sessions or uses.
